The Work consists of the complete modernization of the existing HVAC system, including installation of a geothermal well system, as well as the construction of an approximately 10,191 SF classroom addition and an approximately 14,725 SF addition comprising classrooms, administrative areas, and a secure vestibule. Renovation work includes selective demolition of existing spaces to accommodate expansion of the cafeteria, kitchen and interior circulation areas. Building-wide upgrades include replacement of low-voltage systems, ceilings, and lighting. Site improvements consist of ADA upgrades, expansion of parking areas, reconfiguration of vehicular circulation and bus loop, and implementation of stormwater management measures.
