Loblolly, Longleaf and Shortleaf Pinecone Processing

About this opportunity

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish contract prices for pinecone seed extraction and cleaning. Loblolly, longleaf and shortleaf pinecones will be delivered from the forest seed orchards located in New Kent County and Buckingham Counties in Virginia, and shall be cleaned, processed and seed extracted at the Contractor’s site. The Contractor shall return all seeds to the Department once cleaned and processed.
