Purpose The General Infrastructure Program aims to restore disaster-damaged infrastructure and strengthen stormwater management systems to enhance the resilience of disaster-affected communities, reduce flood risk, and mitigate future disaster impacts. Projects will encompass a broad range of activities, including repairing disaster-damaged infrastructure, increasing the capacity of existing stormwater facilities, and constructing new stormwater management systems. Administration This program is administered by the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA).
