The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Horizon Production Inc. at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham, NC as part of a Research and Development educational videos in service to the Integrative Mental Health Office.
