About this opportunity
1. Description The USDA intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) New Jersey State Office. The Government requires real property appraisals for parcels proposed for inclusion in the easement programs. The objective is to obtain technical reviews of easement appraisals to ensure compliance with NRCS specifications and program requirements. The Contractor will perform technical reviews of easement appraisals in the contractors’ office location. Any real property appraisal reviewer (review appraiser) performing technical reviews must be a State-certified general real property appraiser, in conformance with title XI of the Financial Institution’s Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989.
