ALL BID BONDS MUST BE ORIGINALS; PHOTOCOPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS ARE REQUIRED ( SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.228-15 DEV ) THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES UNDER NAICS 238160 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $19 MILLION. THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $1,000,000 TO $5,000,000. THE AWARDEE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SUPERINTENDENT AT ALL TIMES WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE PROJECT (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.236-6).
