1.0 Overview The Govrnment intends to solicit a Call against the existing PACER Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) FA239123S2403 for a project entitled Relentless Wolfpack. The Govenrment anticipates utilizing an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement featuring Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) milestone payments for this effort. Prior to issuing the formal Call, the Government is seeking industry feedback ont he Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and the proposed agreement structure. 2.0 Access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) The Draft SOO for Relentless Wolfpack contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
