This is an Announcement for Proposals (AFP) seeking proposals from Offerors (herein, “Offeror(s)”) for the acquisition of commercial office space for purchase or lease within the District of Columbia. This AFP sets forth the requirements of NASA, instructions for submitting proposals, and the criteria for NASA’s evaluation of proposals and selection of an awardee.
