These contracts provide for commercial rail products and services including but not limited to manufacture and refurbishment of locomotives, freight cars, railcar movers, and associated rolling stock; preventive maintenance and inspection services; corrective repair and overhaul; engineering diagnostics and technical support; and emergency repair services as described in accordance with Section C, Statement of Work.
