Qualification Requirements: Prospective offerors and their personnel must meet the following mandatory qualifications prior to award: Security Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and a SECRET Facility Clearance. IT/Cybersecurity Certifications: Baseline and technical certifications in accordance with DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239-7001, and AR 25-2 (e.g., Security+ or equivalent).
