This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 - Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Omaha District, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Thermofin. This is a supply contract to to manufacture and deliver eight (8) generator air coolers to Oahe Power Plant. The overall dimensions, connections, heat transfer rate (made up of the material type and water flow rate) of the air coolers must meet the requirements of Enerfin, RAM Model No. F20/041/08.
