The purpose of this Amend 1 to this solicitation is to clarify the requirements and characteristics for the 5K Diesel Forklifts (updates/changes to the SOW highlighted in yellow). W912LM-26-Q-A017 – 5K Diesel Forklifts This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912LM-26-Q-A017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAICS Code: 333924 – Industrial Truck, Trailer, Tractor, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing (Size Standard: 900 Employees) Product Service Code (PSC): 3920 – Material Handling Equipment, Non-Self-Propelled Response Date / Closing Date: See above within the SAM.gov posting DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) has a requirement to purchase two (2) brand-new 5K Diesel Forklifts for Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition. The Government's detailed minimum requirements are specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery shall be FOB Destination. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. An active SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver is in effect for NAICS 333924. AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds. This solicitation is being issued "short of award" as funds are not presently available but are highly anticipated September 2026. The Government is under no obligation to make an award if funds do not become available.
