The description of the requirement is as follows: The contractor shall perform nonpersonal services on the HSQ Energy Management Control System (EMCS) consisting of: firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis & optimization, emergency on-line response and emergency on-site response at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB).
