STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Background The Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Health Care System has a requirement to replace 14 Carts that are used for BCMA Medication Distribution at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK. The current units are end of life and in need of replacement. These will be used on all the wards that utilize BCMA for Medication Distribution.
