(CBLPath) located at 760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY 10573. The VISN1 Network Consolidated Laboratory (NCL) located at VA Connecticut 950 Cambpell Ave, West Haven CT 06516-2770 requires Thyroseq v3 Genomic Classifier (GC) testing. This service shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers.
