This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the 82nd Contracting Squadron at Sheppard AFB’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Setcan Corporation (UEI: V121AEKDHBME) of 1080 Kingsbury Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2P 1W5, Canada. Policies and procedures from FAR Part 13.5 will be used. This requirement is for single purchase of StressVest vests and associated products. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Setcan Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
