About this opportunity
This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to execute a Justification and Approval under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the current MACC to extend the ordering period by one year with no additional capacity. Without this limited source there will be an unreasonable constraint in the Agency’s ability to execute the projects to within the ROICC’s Area of Responsibility for FY26 and FY27, which will lead to significantly delaying or canceling various required renovation, repair, electrical and other minor construction projects, which in turn will compromise mission readiness, diminish airfield safety and capabilities, and will delay the availability of required facilities to support the combat missions originating from ROICC Contracting Department.
