The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for complete site preparation and construction, including grading, utilities, stormwater improvements, lighted parking, irrigated natural grass soccer fields, paved walking trails, futsal and basketball courts, and a restroom/concession/shelter building, along with all associated site improvements required to deliver a completed park ready for public use.
