Synopsis for Endformers and Casting Masks The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for endformers and casting masks in accordance with MILSPEC drawings. The requirements include unclassified controlled technical information assigned a restricted distribution statement which is export controlled. Interested offerors must request the drawing package in writing, including the Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration and a DD Form 2345.
