About this opportunity

Requirements: Provides accurate dynamic control of temperature, humidity, CO2 and oxygen to maintain required cell culture conditions for live cell confocal and STED super-resolution imaging. The stage top incubator is required in order to perform live cell imaging with the unique resolution capabilities of our Leica Stellaris 5 STED microscope. It currently does not have a stage top incubator, and therefore, is unable to perform this type of imaging requested by NCI researchers. Stage top incubator controller must have two feedback modes, chamber temperature or specimen temperature, while it also continuously monitors the room temperature to maintain specimen temperature within set point anywhere between 25 – 50 degrees Celsius.
