Albany State University (Using Agency) on behalf of the Board of Regents of The University System of Georgia (Owner) is soliciting responses from Construction Manager at Risk Firms interested in and capable of providing construction services for the Replacement of the Cooling Tower at the East Campus Central Energy Plant on the campus of Albany State University in Albany, Georgia. A project description is provided below: Project Background The Central Energy Plant at Albany State University's East Campus was constructed in 1997 and provides chilled water and heating water for HVAC systems in several high profile buildings on campus.
