Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Reynold¿s City Hall located at 3 East William Wainwright Street, Reynolds, GA 31076, until Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work Consists of the installation of approximately 437 automated meters, data collector, transfer of meter data (new serial number, gps coordinates, etc.) into billing software, needed repairs and all associated measures for the complete project.
