At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work Consists of approximately 47,000 L.F of 2, 6, 8, & 10 Inch watermain replacement, gates vales, fire hydrants, jack & bore steel casings, transfer of approximately 15 metered services, erosion control, road restoration, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete project.
