The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction contract for the Air Traffic Control Tower project at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to includethe following sole source requirements: Description of Action: This Justification and Approval (J&A) is being prepared for the specification of Jacobs as the required provider of Water and Sewer connection services for the construction of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Fort Campbell (FTC) in Kentucky. The Government will not contract directly with Jacobs.
