About this opportunity
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide 2027 Soil Climate Analysis Network (SCAN) maintenance services for the NRCS-National Water and Climate Center (NWCC) as described below and in accordance with the work statement attached to and hereby made a part of this solicitation. The Soil Climate Analysis Network (SCAN) began as a soil moisture/soil temperature pilot project of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in 1991 to provide data in support of natural resource assessments and conservation activities.
