Emergency Acquisition Basic Ordering Agreement (EA BOA) Initial Invitation Purpose: GSA’s Office Shared Services Delivery (FD) is seeking to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) to enable the rapid solicitation, award, and delivery of products and services to support general and declared emergencies throughout the United States and its territories. Through the use of BOAs, FD seeks to greatly reduce the administrative lead time required from the time an emergency requirement is identified to contract award and ultimate fulfillment.
