Forest Park Government (the City) is soliciting bids for Janitorial Services from qualified and experienced janitorial service providers to perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance services for various City-owned facilities. The purpose of this contract is to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees, residents, and visitors. The contract will be for an initial one (1) year term with the City reserving the right for two (2) optional one-year renewals at the City¿s discretion. It is estimated that there are eight (8) locations requiring frequent janitorial services.
