Under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to increase capacity of Environmental Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, W912WJ-23-D-0010 by $3,000,000.00. This increase in capacity will ensure that the contractor, EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC (EA), can complete the period of performance of the existing contract. The current contract does not have sufficient capacity to allow for continued environmental services at the Former Nike Battery PR-58 & Disaster Training Village Area (DVTA) Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) as scoped under their existing contract.
