PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to STRATA Skin Sciences Inc. The procurement will result in a purchase order for a XTRAC Excimer Laser System for use at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
