Lovell FHCC 3001 Green Bay Rd, North Chicago, IL 60064 Part 1: Project Scope of Work Overview: Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision for renovations resulting in a complete, compliant, and fully-functional project. Replace medium voltage oil-filled transformers that serve the following buildings on the James A. Lovell FHCC campus: 1, 3, 9, 11, 66, 137 and 187.
