Separate sealed Bids for construction of LAS Culvert Replacement, Phase 2 for the City of Covington Project No. 2025-18 will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Covington City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 a.m., at 2116 Stallings Street NW.
