The City of Decatur, herein referred to as the City, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from a qualified firm(s) to provide Consultant Services for the PI 0021583 SCOTT BLVD COMPLETE STREETS PLAN project, herein referred to as the Project. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the PI 0021583 SCOTT BLVD COMPLETE STREETS PLAN project.
