THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT or BRAND NAME AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The Purpose of request is to replace two (2) non-functioning Air Conditioning (A/C) units at the NPS remote site located at Camp Roberts, CA. Tasks: The contractor shall perform the following task(s) as follows: Procurement and installation of two (2) new 3-ton Bard W36HY-B09 Wall-Mount Heat Pump packaged wall-mount heat pump systems, 230V single phase, utilizing R-454B refrigerant.
