NOTICE OF BPA CALL. NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This will be competitive under the established "BPA Northwest Facilities Maintenance (FMAC) WESTSIDE". Additional contractors will not be considered for this BPA. Description: Work for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery to complete the removal of existing wood siding and moisture barrier and replace with approved material that matches existing lap, mill pattern and finish. Used herein, the term “siding” includes siding, soffits, fascia, and trim that form the exterior envelope of the building.
