SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Synopsis: This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The U.S. Government intends to award a iMotions Voice Analysis Module (audEERING) contract to iMotions, Inc., on a sole source basis but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement to support a competitive procurement. The module must integrate seamlessly with the existing iMotions research platform used by the Deparment of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership (BS&L) researchers and expand system capabilities by providing automated analysis of vocal expression and speech characteristics related to psychological and emotional processes.
