THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH REVOLUTIONARY FEDERAL OVERHAUL (RFO) 5.2 "SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS." U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Triad Machinery, Inc, for Link-Belt Crane Outrigger Service. All repairs shall be performed on site at Terminal 2 in Portland, Oregon. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source.
