The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Hunt Optics and Imagining, 490 Lowries Run Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 for the purchase of Evident Stereoscope. The authority for this sole source acquisition is in accordance with FAR Part 12.102(a). As the only authorized distributor for Evident/Olympus branded Life Sciences Microscopes, Hunt Optics and Imaging is the only contractor that can provide this equipment.
