The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with a sole provider through competitive negotiations to provide Cabling and Low Voltage Systems Maintenance Services for the school district. ACPS invites any qualified Offeror to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for such service consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth. ACPS reserves the right to make multiple awards from this RFP and the right to select different offeror(s) if it is in the best interest of ACPS. The final scope of services will be negotiated with the successful Offeror(s).
