The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) is conducting a two (2) phase procurement for engineering design professional services (“Services”) for its Statesboro Bulloch County Airport Water and Sewer Infrastructure Project (“Project”). In this Phase I, the County is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing the Services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential qualified providers of the above-mentioned Services.
