About this opportunity
The requirement is to provide medical facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, and equipment procurement / installation at Government medical facilities in support of DHA. The contractors typically survey the problem areas, evaluate, and recommend solutions, develop, and implement work plans/designs expeditiously within negotiated costs and provide the repair/renewal/construction efforts to support the design solution. At times, the contractors may be required to provide standalone construction efforts without the provision of the associated services (i.e., site investigation, work plan, etc.). The work will be performed at locations throughout Korea.
