About this opportunity

The purpose of this amendment is to add the following to the technical proposal section of the attached FAR Part 12 Synopsitation: Primary Flight Canopies (Paragliders): The system must include two (2) distinct primary paraglider wings per set to support varied operational weight profiles: Unburdened/Agile Wing: One (1) wing sized approximately 23 to 25 square meters, optimized for standard operator weight without heavy payloads ("slick" flight). Heavy Payload Wing: One (1) wing of a larger size, approximately 26 to 28 square meters, certified to safely lift, maneuver, and land the operator plus a minimum 80 lb integrated rucksack payload.
