Amendment 3 - Provide additional Q&A. Q11. What is the total cleanable square footage (SF) covered under this contract? A11. The facility is a two level, approximately 50,400 square foot building, consisting of office, vehicle/maintenance and storage space. There are 7,061 square feet of carpeted area and 8,682 square feet of tiled area (excludes garage area). The cleaning areas are the bathrooms, and all the office areas, the upstairs has carpet and the downstairs has tile and emptying the trash bin in Maintenance bay, which is next to the downstairs offices. Q12. Could you please advise particularly if any routine, on-demand, or supplemental custodial services may be needed during Friday evening or Saturday daytime hours? A12.
