The U.S. Department of Justice intends to award a single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract using the procedures of FAR Part 15 to provide worldwide administrative, logistical, technical, professional, and program management services in support of the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) and the Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT).
