OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW & AWARD VEHICLES The Department of the Army is issuing this Call for Solutions (CFS) to acquire innovative commercial virtualization software solutions and associated services. The goal is to diversify the Army's enterprise virtualization portfolio, increase market competition, and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) across its global computing estate. Award Mechanisms: This CFS may result in the award of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contracts or non-FAR agreements (such as Other Transactions) In Accordance With (IAW) DFARS 212.70 – Defense Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO).
