About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to competitively solicit offers on a full and open competition basis for large-tier construction services for the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This is a new requirement; there is no incumbent contractor. The solicitation will result in one or more Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that include a 5-year ordering period. During the term of the contract(s), the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of $5,000. The amount of all orders shall not exceed $73,788,828 for all task orders among all awardees, combined. The solicitation will also include requirements for the first task order (TO) which will be awarded shortly after the IDIQ contract(s) are awarded. Repre...
