NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to POWDER ALLOY CORP: 101 NORTHEAST DR | LOVELAND, OH 45140 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that POWDER ALLOY CORP is the sole provider of HR-2 additive manufacturing powder NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
