The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years for NIINs 012545030, 011609653, and 013216527. The acquisition will be issued as Other Than Full and Open Competition. All halon required under this IDC will be provided by the Government as Government?Furnished Material (GFM).
