Introduction The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), in support of the Project Lead for Joint Services (PLJS) are currently seeking interested sources for the construction of a new contaminated waste plant, rehabilitation of a building, replacement of a lift station, and demolition of current buildings at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) using the Other Transaction Authority (OTA). 2.
