IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4): (i) The 86th Airlift Wing at Ramstein Air Base is seeking to upgrade one large and one small conference room. The specific technical specifications for the conference room upgrades are attached. (ii) In accordance with RFO12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is being published on the Government Point of Entry to document the requirement. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
