SOLE SOURCE NOTICE The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial sole source contract to Goldbelt Apex, LLC; UEI: MQ2ETHPEB7T6, an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) under the authority of the Buy Indian Act and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures. This acquisition is conducted under HHSAR 326.603-1 (c)(2) which permits the Contracting Officer to consider a sole source award to an ISBEE as authorized under the FAR; and FAR 12.102(a) only one source is available.
